SHENZHEN JIAWEN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD is a manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel hardware for glass architecture, shower enclosures and handrail systems. From our production base in Baoan District, Shenzhen, we machine, polish and assemble the fittings that hold, hinge, seal and finish glass — for shower rooms, glass doors, balustrades and curtain walls.
Our catalogue covers six product families: shower door hardware (glass-to-wall and glass-to-glass hinges, handles, knobs, support bars and seals), PVC seal profiles for 6–12 mm glass, architectural hardware (patch fittings, floor springs, glass door locks and patch locks), handrail fittings (stainless tube, elbows, flanges and brackets) and spider hardware (2-arm and 4-arm spiders, glass fin and point-fixed systems). More than 900 items are held in our active catalogue, most of them available in SUS304 and SUS316 with polished, satin, matte black and gold finishes.
Manufacturing is done in-house: laser cutting, CNC machining, stamping, precision polishing and PVD or electroplating, followed by assembly and a 100% function check. Every batch of stainless steel parts passes salt spray testing, and PVC profiles are tested for hardness, tensile strength and UV ageing before shipment. Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001, and our products carry CE and RoHS compliance for European and North American markets.
We work mainly with importers, distributors, sanitary ware brands and project contractors. OEM and ODM are core to our business: custom dimensions, laser-engraved logos, private-label packaging and mixed-container consolidation are all supported. Today JIAWEN fittings are installed in more than 50 countries and regions across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and South America.

Quality control at every stage
Incoming stainless steel bars, sheets and coil are checked for grade and thickness before they reach the machines. During production our operators verify dimensions and surface finish at each operation, and after polishing every part is inspected under reflected light for scratches, tool marks and burrs on edges. Finished batches are sampled for salt spray performance, and moving parts such as hinges, floor springs and patch fittings receive a 100% function check before packing.
How we work with you
Send us a drawing, a sample or a reference photo and we will confirm material, finish, tolerance, packing and lead time in a written quotation. Samples and tooling are approved before mass production, and we keep the approved sample on file so that repeat orders match the first shipment. Export packing can follow your own label, barcode and carton marking requirements, and we provide a container loading plan before every shipment.
